It’s official! The Michigan State University Graduate School has recognized my completion of its Certification in College Teaching Program. (I also completed the College of Arts and Letters (CAL) Graduate Certification in College Teaching – see March 5, 2022 blog entry). I am particularly proud that some of the work I completed for the certificate has contributed to inclusive course design in my accessibility for language teaching course that I designed and then taught this summer (see May 1, 2023 blog entry) and led to presentations and a publication, too! My thanks to college and graduate school reviewers and logistics teams, particularly Dr. Scott Schopieray and Dr. Stefanie Baier.
